• Daily reconciliation of derivative disbursement account (DDA) of EMEA and Asia Pacific region to identify potential breaks between COAST balance and mainframe booked by Operations team. • Validate positive and negative movements are correctly posted and check ending collateral position balance is match.• Provide commentaries for any breaks raised and ask Operations team for necessary actions to close the break amounts.• Collaborate for any efficiency which includes elimination or automation processes in partnership with Change, Technology and Client Services and Operations Team.

• Perform daily end of day pricing for both NA and Asia for all derivatives instruments held/used by Manulife /John Hancock. • Investigate and analyze static data issues, accounting related issues, complex workflow errors which include interface with relevant IT support groups.• Provide support to business and systems management in addressing derivatives business issues, presenting recommendations to management and implementing solutions.• Set up static data in Findur such as portfolios, legal entities, business units, issuers and brokers on an adhoc basis based on request approved by counterparties.• Create holding instrument for bondfut, ratefut and comfut instruments on a monthly and quarterly based on the contracts roll convention.• Update pre-trade tables, create counterparties SSI and process holiday calendar updates.• Perform reconciliation of future trades from trade blotter to Findur fix and brokers file• Implement new curves submitted by Derivative Solutions after curve has been vetted and ready for production environment.• Conduct daily reconciliation and settlement of swaps. This includes price updates and reconciliation with BBG and other vendors. Checks all pre-settlement and post settlement investigation.

• Conduct daily market research and monitoring to substantiate price movements, credit rating movements, corporate actions, management movements, etc.• Responsible for daily and monthly pricing analysis of securities of Manulife General Funds• Provide portfolio performance measurement reports of Manulife Financials Asian,Index, Hong Kong and London on a monthly and quarterly basis, including verification, reconciliation, analysis, and generation of reports• Matrix pricing of private placement securities and valuation of commercial mortgages• Conduct daily price-to-book value monitoring used for loss provisioning, valuation of securities such as bonds, equities, fixed income• Maintain document and ensure adherence to Manulife SOX and audit controls

Ortigas Center, Pasig City

• Prepare debit memo on lodgment, upliftment and cancellation of stock certificates• Provide upliftment report for shares to be named to the requesting clients• Verify the shares lodged are already cleared and inform sales that shares are available for selling • Ensure quality assurance calculation of sales and purchase reports.• Allocate entitlement reports on stock rights, cash and stock dividends• Monitor the daily stock inventory to ensure there are enough shares to cover the shares due for settlement, i.e, AP, AC, FC accounts• Execute transfer of shares through eClearSettle eqtrade facility.• Facilitate shares and money transfer due to broker / due to clearing house.• Reconcile weekly sales tax and upload to iPSE for broker’s tax update.• Prepare PSE compliance reports (beneficial owners, trading reviews, weekly sales tax)• Assign IN receipts for all shares received either physical or scrip less transferred via eClearSettle EQtrade facility and out receipt for physical certificates uplifted and requested by clients• Make direct transfer report for certificates to be lodge to transfer agents
