As a VP, I managed various types of engagements and consulted with clients on all aspects of the valuation process and negotiated timing, scope, and pricing of deliverables. I was responsible for responding to client concerns/inquiries and managing client expectations related to valuations and other analyses. These valuations were prepared for all types of business entity structures and securities in numerous industries and for the following purposes: transaction pricing and structuring; taxation planning and compliance; employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transaction and financing; and strategic information and planning.I managed engagement teams to successfully meet client deadlines and ensure the quality of analyses and reports.
