• Work with Executive Management to create training plans for specific groups of employees.• Collaborate with various levels of management to plan and create requested training programs.• Prepare and facilitate training courses both live and on-line.• Edit, modify and improve existing training programs as needed.• Create documentation for the Enterprise Account Management Team, Channel Partner Sales Team, and Operations employees in Implementation and Customer Support.• Develop testing and evaluation procedures.• Analyze effectiveness of training.

Research, develop, and update leadership development training curriculum.Facilitate training classes locally, as well as throughout the US.Negotiate with all vendors as related to training activities (Print, Transportation, Lodging, Meeting Space, Catering).Aid in the development of training plans.Perform administration duties for the company LMS (Learning Management System).Research, write, review and edit eLearning programs on various topics, including, but not limited to: safety, company policies and procedures, company systems training, product knowledge, and sales techniques.Administer pre-employment skill assessments.Responsible for processing invoices, submitting of expense reports, maintaining inventory of supplies, and submitting equipment orders for Training Department.

Provide on-the-job training to new hire employees in areas including, but not limited to: customer service, technical system applications, corporate procedures, and sales techniques.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, other employees, referral accounts and the general public.Utilize interpersonal communication skills to overcome objections, create value in company products and meet the individual and unique needs of each customer.Maintain relationships with existing corporate, dealership and insurance referrals.Aid in the attainment of branch Account Receivables.Generate and analyze maintenance and sales reports.Analyze tracking reports of high demand specialty vehicles based on reservation management, logistics, and availability of vehicles.Assist upper management with all branch operations including, but not limited to, preparing daily reports, qualifying customers, and managing and training employees.
