With over six years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate about advancing the interests and careers of women lawyers in Minnesota. As a Membership and Communications Coordinator at Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL), I leverage my skills in social media marketing, website building, and communication to manage annual membership campaigns, increase member recruitment, retention, and engagement, and conduct all marketing campaigns for the organization. I am motivated by MWL's mission to promote the success of women lawyers and advocate for the interests of women in society. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a BA in International Studies and Political Science, and studied Politics and Conflict in Ireland at the Marino Institute of Education.In my current role, I also work with law firms across the state to foster relationships and partnerships with MWL. I manage technological services for the entire organization and oversaw and implemented the 2024 redesign of MWL's website. Additionally, I have coordinated programming for MWL, such as the Annual Conference for Women in the Law, the Rosalie Wahl Leadership Lecture, and various projects and initiatives that aim to address issues such as judicial diversity, gender data, media relations, and pay equity. I am proud to be part of a team that supports and empowers women lawyers in Minnesota, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance MWL's impact and reach.
