As a Student Coordinator for Organizational Development (SCOD) I assisted student organizations fulfill requirements to become Registered Student Organizations. I also managed the social media accounts of the Student Activities Center (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat) and created a social media manual for future student coordinators to use. Lastly, I managed 18 organizations to make sure they complied with Pacific regulations.

As the Manager for the Janet Leigh Theatre at University of the Pacific my main responsibility was to set up the film schedule for the fall and spring semester. I worked with major movie distributors to secure the rights of all films played at the theatre. In addition to that, I maintained open and timely communication with campus departments and student organizations that held events/film screenings at the theatre. I interviewed, trained, and managed a team of four student workers and made sure they fulfilled their responsibilities.

As a Videographer and Office Assistant at the Latino Community Outreach Office I filmed events put on by the office and created videos for the office to use. I also performed various administrative duties as assigned by my supervisor such as filling, entering data, etc. In addition to that I provided support for major events sponsored by the Latino Community Outreach Office such as Student Financial Aid Workshop (STUFA), Bienvenidos (Welcome) Week, Reach for the Stars Science Day, etc.

As the Social Media Manager for the Janet Leigh Theatre I managed and maintained all social media channels for the theatre. I published weekly posts to promote all film screenings and upcoming events at the theatre. In addition to that, I actively engaged fans and followers and responded to any correspondence in a timely fashion.

Tutored bilingual high school students in the subject areas of history, math, and english.
