I’m passionate about making insights from research accessible to practitioners through professional development trainings, and strategic planning and program design support. I focus on conservation, sustainability, and human-centered design thinking. My trainings are consistently well received (94% of participants rate them as useful), and my participants report positive impacts from implementing what they learned.I’m currently helping:- Nonprofit leaders in St. Louis to engage with their staff and volunteers in a way that brings out their best and avoids burn-out, using the Supportive Environments for Effectiveness framework from reDirect.- Forestry and natural resource professionals in USFS Region 9 to prepare for future outreach and engagement efforts focused on underserved landowners.
