Working as a high-ropes instructor during the holidays since May 2016, permanently since June 2020. Team Leader since March 2019. Responsibilities include:• Instructing members of the public on the best ways to stay safe whilst on the course. • Monitoring the customers once training is completed to ensure their continued safety. • Creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment to allow customers to have the best experience possible. • Regular safety checks of all equipment to maintain health and safety standards.• Working within the team to ensure no unnecessary risks are taken with the safety of the customer. • Providing 1st aid and additional support in emergency situations. • Adapting to situations where a customer may need extra support on the course, for example accompanying a customer with learning difficulties.
