HGL Munitions Response Team: Serves as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager on multiple Military Munitions Response Program projects. Leads and supports field work planning, execution, and final reporting. Effectively collaborates with project teams and stakeholders. Develops technical and programmatic deliverable submissions. Provides proposal development support. Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC):Served as Program Advisor to the Quality Considerations for Multiple Aspects of Munitions Response Sites (2016- 2019) team and the Geophysical Classification for Munitions Response (GCMR) team (2014- 2015). Oversaw and facilitated development of team products including fact sheets, technical/regulatory guidance documents, and internet-based training. Collaborated with state and federal regulators along with representatives from the Services and industry to support product development. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC):Currently serves as Program Manager and former Project Manager to review technical proposals and select external peer review candidates based on their background and expertise for external review of ERDC basic research proposals. (2002- present)SERDP/ESTCP Support:Provided program support to the Department of Defense's Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP). (2001-2016)Oversaw staff and task leads related to In-Progress Review meetings, document tracking, document and project overview posting, and project follow-up to ensure support staff meet and exceed program requirements. Provided technical and program support for the Munitions Response Program Area Classification Pilot Program including preparation, planning, and execution support for live site demonstrations.
