I am an alumna of Cazenovia College and received a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Management with a Specialization in Equine Business Management and a Minor in Biology. I am currently in the public sector as an Administrative Assistant at the School Administrative Unit 70 District Office. I am the first point of contact for visitors of the office and help support the multiple departments within the office with various tasks. With my passion for horses, the equestrian sport, and my background with 4-H, I joined the Fryeburg Fair in October 2015 working as the Department Assistant for the 4-H Horse Show and moved into both Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent roles. As of April 2023 I was voted as the Superintendent of a new department, our Agricultural Education Department, where our focus will be on educating the fairgoer on the importance and relevance of agriculture in their every day lives. Outside of work, I enjoy remaining involved in Maine Agriculture, Maine Fairs, and Maine 4-H by supporting their growing programs and initiatives in a number of ways. Upon completion of two successful marketing and development internships, graduating college in 2015, and spending two years involved in their Cause Marketing and Grants Committees on their Youth Philanthropy Board, I was invited to join the Maine 4-H Foundation's Board of Directors in January 2017 as their Liaison to the Youth Philanthropy Board. Continuing my involvement with 4-H, in January 2019 I was voted in as a Regular Trustee to the Eastern States Exposition Board as a member of the Maine Chapter of Incorporators where we will work to support both Maine and 4-H Youth attending The Big E Fair event each year. My work with Maine Fairs expanded outside of Fryeburg Fair as I was voted in as a Junior Advisory Board Member for the Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs Board and was a member of the Junior Board from 2019 to 2023.
