I have also led the Fabhalta Patient Support Center team ensuring effective execution of patient support strategies, providing strategic insights to shape brand development, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive business success.Before joining Novartis, I held several leadership roles at Bayer U.S. Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Market Access Strategy and Associate Director of Channel Marketing for SP, Trade & GPO. At Bayer, I developed and executed market access strategies for specialty products, managed customer partnerships, and drove innovative patient experience solutions across the portfolio.
