Being in the restaurant industry for over 14 years has allowed me to gain a great deal of experience with customer service and guest recovery. I have worked in two different states which has allowed me to see and learn about so many different types of people. The connection I still make with my regular guests is nothing I could have imagine. People come in weekly to see me, which keeps pushing me to be the best I can be. Following our corporate culture is important to me, and my teammates and managers know that they can rely on me for help to ensure that all guidelines are followed. I have had the privilege of training new managers and teammates for companies, and I make sure that all knowledge is consistent among each individual.I believe that all the experience I have gained over the years is transferable among industries, and that this will help me succeed on a different path.
