I drafted, reviewed and edited the 28 submissions, conducted thorough research on each of the issues and consulted external stakeholders to produce the report. The report was heavily relied on by Human Rights Committee to inform discussion and the concluding observations at the 113th session of the Human Rights Committee in Geneva.
