Investigate the root cause of logistic quality complaint cross functionally and between 3PL. Monitor the investigation progress and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action. 3. Handle customer complaints and work out supply chain solution as a contact window. Collect and identify customer business needs for supply chain optimization projects.4. Build up supply chain process management function. Meet global supply chain requirements and compliance to local regulations.5. Cold chain management supports. Establish processes for inbound temperature inspect and local transportation temperature deviation investigation and handling. Monitor temperature deviation trends and work with 3PL to improve.6. Support distributors audits. Organize distributors supply chain quality training conference. 7. Lead and participate in supply chain projects, such as instrument supply optimize, transportation management system, customer satisfaction survey, etc.
