- Plan and teach weekly yoga classes and meditations focused on improving physical and emotional wellbeing- Design strength training classes for small groups of participants to deliver individual fitness coaching - Develop public speaking skills by teaching classes ranging from two to hundreds of participants- Adapt to teaching virtual fitness classes

- Coordinate and guide outdoor adventure trips with two co-leaders to groups of up to twelve students and community members- Develop skills in leading rock climbing, white water kayaking, backpacking, mountain biking, and canoeing trips - Educate participants about environmental protection and ecosystem health to instill a deeper understanding and appreciation for the outdoors

- Facilitated the US Policymaking and Diplomacy honors seminar - Worked with two professors to maximize student learning by grading and providing feedback on policy memos- Served as a liaison between the honors seminar and the Global Fellows program of which the seminar is a part by assisting students find internships and advising them on program success

- Contributed to the “Better Forests, Better Cities” publication to develop an action plan for policymakers around the world to make cities more sustainable and improve public wellbeing by increasing green space- Researched and drafted case studies - Used GIS and mapping tools to track global forest cover change and draft sections of the publication about the impact of forest cover change on water availability around the world

- Developed a week-long intensive curriculum to educate students about marine ecosystems and sustainability- Worked with the Cape Eleuthera Institute to facilitate research experiences for students including conch midden surveys, sea turtle monitoring, and land crab genetic analysis- Collaborated with two colleagues to deliver curriculum to over fifty Island School students- Led groups of seventeen students on research and educational SCUBA dives to assess coral conditions and study ecosystems- Served as an advisor to five students, mentoring them throughout the summer
