With more than 15 years experience working in trade mark administration as well as being a CITMA qualified paralegal, I have had many varying responsibilities, including:- filing and maintaining of trade mark applications- management and development of internal trade mark database- preparation and processing opposition and removal correspondence- preparing standard correspondence to clients- developing new procedures and processes- preparing estimates- trade mark portfolio takeovers (including conducting extensive audit processes and communicating with and instructing local agents)- conducting watching services- trade mark searching- legalisation of documents- registration and maintenance of domain names- renewal management- providing training to staff and clients on use of internal database; and- assisting in any other tasks required by internal and external clients.I am dual Australian/British citizen.
