Carbon Black was acquired by VMWare in October 2019As a Software Engineer Apprentice I am embedded on a software engineering team fulfilling the duties of an Associate Software Engineer.

• Managed 10+ nutrition staff members including program nutritionists, breastfeeding peer counselors, and certified nutrition assistants including conducting quality assurance of care plan documentation and observation of counseling sessions• Plan, supervise and evaluate the nutrition component of the clinic to ensure compliance with federal regulations and state policies. Increased clinic's score for nutrition component of biennial local program evaluation from 92.7% to 100%.• Act as a nutrition liaison between the state agency and local program, and between local program and health care community• FY2018 & FY2019: Nominated & selected to serve as Senior Nutritionist facilitator to coordinate discussion session for 30+ Senior Nutritionists at statewide quarterly meetings.• Served as preceptor for community nutrition rotation for dietetic interns from local registered dietitian dietetic internship programs• Managed lactation support services as the Breastfeeding Coordinator overseeing program's Breastfeeding Peer Counselor program which received a Gold Award from the USDA• Organized and promoted rollout of "Good Food Project" at local program which included interactive cooking demos and food tastings in the clinic• Facilitate nutrition workshops and cooking classes in the community• Present nutrition workshops and lead provider visits at local physician offices to increase collaboration with medical community
