Content Marketing Specialist And Analyst
Salem, Oregon, United States
As the Content Specialist for the marketing team with Trustwell, my responsibilities cover writing, editing, and managing most of the content shared across websites, including blogs, website pages, downloads, and more. Within a few weeks of hire, the team at ESHA had just acquired FoodLogiQ and were in the process of rebranding. I picked up writing and editing content for both website's blogs, performed a major SEO audit of both website's content, and made the occasional SEO updates to webpage content, downloadable content, and more. I also began monitoring and auditing SEO performance and setting targets for growth and improved ranking. Eventually we began working on the new Trustwell brand website and related content, including rebranding downloadable content, combining blogs, and combining products into a unified message across the new website.Within my first year some of my major achievements included: - Our first branded report: The State of Food Traceability in 2023.- Performing detailed content and SEO analysis of FoodLogiQ and ESHA webpages and blogs to determine top performing content, organic SEO improvements, and archive old content to trim what would be carried over onto our new Trustwell blog.- Writing over 30 pages of SEO-rich website copy in preparation for the launch of our new website: Trustwell.com.- Managing content across blogs, and managing content creation from contracted writers and marketing partners to ensure brand alignment and high quality content.- Outreach and interviewing of thought leaders for content creation (including case studies, reports, and customer stories) before the hiring of our Customer Marketing owner.- Combining product messaging across website pages, industries, and use cases for the Trustwell.com website.
