Responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The Founder and President of the Yoga By Design Foundation.

Developed and piloted the strategy for a Problem Solving Center in 1996. The pilot was successful and the Center was funded in 1997. The Center evolved to include: Process ownership for Global 8d, Warranty Parts Return Center, Garage Services, Dealer Call Center, Digital Imaging program, Internal and External Customer Satisfaction Clinics, Warranty Strategy Department and Quality Engineers/6-Sigma Black Belts. The Center supported Manufacturing, Product Development, Suppliers, and Ford Customer Service Division. The Center assisted in the achievement of $1 billion in warranty savings in 1999. Accountable for Center Operations which included a 120 person organization made up of salaried, hourly, and agency with an annual budget of $15 million.

Led a department of six project managers with responsibilities that included; development of high level timing plans, Led Senior Leadership report out of performance to plan and worked with program teams to develop containment plans for off-track issues. Accountable for the evolution of the Product Development Process including: the North American Automotive (NAAO) Timing standard, Concept to Customer (CTC), World Class Timing (WCT) and the initial phase of the Ford Product Development system (FPDS). Benchmarked Toyota, Chrysler, and General Motors and worked with Multiple Consultants to improve Ford Motor Company processes.

Held various positions within the Design Center at Ford Motor Company including: Color and Trim Specialist, Product Engineering Designer, and Design Modeler.
