• Responsible for carrying out the individualized lessons and behavior plans provided by BCBA; Working 1:1 with client in home and community; Run discrete trials and collect empirical data to track child's progress.• Model appropriate play skills in both structured and unstructured play settings.• Complete required paperwork including, but not limited to, daily clinic notes and behavior tracking sheets. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training workshops. Organize and create teaching materials.• Work collaboratively with teammates, parents, the Behavior Consultant and other professionals.

• Maintain order in the dorms and problem solve amongst roommates, Establish community in the building and conduct health and safety inspections• Help freshman acclimate to college life, learn study skills, and learn about campus resources • Attend all training development and implement creative programs for freshman and residents
