Head Of Customer Operations
- Responsible for the fulfillment operations team and customer support team functions. Lead the teams and processes that fulfill and deliver all patient food orders and handle all patient support inquires across four support channels, seven days a week. - Collaborate closely with the Product teams to build internal tooling for both fulfillment and support functions. - Help manage Season's Vendor and Customer relationships alongside the Account Management teams. Season integrates technology with expert nutrition guidance to serve up recipes and meals that help fight chronic disease and improve health outcomes and reduce cost of care for patients with chronic disease.
Customer Operations Lead
Built out our first Customer Operations function at Season. This included creating staffing models, running the hiring and onboarding process end to end from early recruitment to designing training to scaling all while directly managing and running the team. Responsible for creating and managing the execution of operational workflows for all Food Fulfillment related work and Customer Service related work. Collaborated with Product, Design and Engineering to ship new product experiences to patients then work to collect, organize and relay feedback to teams.

- Developed new health programs for chronic conditions (Obesity, Hypertension, etc.) to drive engagement, improvements in health outcomes and increases in derived value across various health domains - Facilitated and optimized continuous user engagement across suite of existing experiences. Ran experiments to evaluate the most effective modalities through which to engage users. Success was evaluated by reviewing engagement metrics like biometric or vital data entries, chat engagements and by evaluating outcome metrics like BMI, weight, blood pressure and so on.
Founded, Helped Scale Product Operations
- Started the Product Operations team at Forward and worked to initially define both the process for implementing new product and the interfaces between Product Ops and Product Management, Engineering and Site and Clinical Operations leads. - Inform the build of and lead the implementation of product changes across clinical hardware and software (proprietary EMR among other internal tools) and Forward's app, the customer's interface with their healthcare. - Recently responsible for operationalizing Forward's new visit, the Skin Cancer Scan, across all clinics which went live in early 2020. - Product Operations lead on Forward's suite of Product responses to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Products include in-app symptom assessments, new in-person visits for PCR and Antibody testing, new telemedicine care tooling and protocols to support Covid-19 positive members and more.

- Informed growth product development through bringing insights from the sales team into the Growth Product team- Headed up efforts to centralize some of our site sales functions- Responsible for responding to web traffic chat and using those conversations inform the automation of part of those interactions and to build best practices and scripts for lead interactions that was scaled to the broader sales team- Created and tested various drip marketing email campaigns and measured to optimize lead conversion
