I provide in home private duty patient care. This includes care for post surgical recovery care, hospice, and palliative care.

• Responsible for pre-registering and registering all patients presenting to the emergency department by obtaining accurate and complete demographic and financial data.• Check in arriving patients. Interview patients in order to obtain registration data, provide patients with HIPPA privacy policy information • Verify, pre-certify and secure all registrations.• Determine and/or collect required payment during registration, pre-registration or discharge.• Provide excellent customer service and provide a positive experience for patients and families• Comply with all HIPPA regulations to insure patient confidentiality.• EPIC trained

• Provided professional administrative support for 33 Gilbarco Field Service team members and approximately 1500 service providers.• Maintained company and product specific websites with new and updated provider information.• Coordinated, assisted with, and attended weekly meetings, phone based meeting between Gilbarco and our Service Providers, help plan and run the Gilbarco Field Service annual meeting. Also assisted with travel, accommodations for the Field Service group as necessary• Collected startup information for new Gilbarco service providers, implemented set, and maintained database records for new providers.• Trained new providers and new Field Service employees on warranty call closures, reporting, database training, and extranet access and usage.• Maintained Field Service matrix for provider rate increase requests.• Data collection for provider evaluations.• Developed and maintained current process and procedures manuals.• Created and maintained the ISO-9001 documents for Field Service.
