This position involved participating in high stakes meetings with important clients. I oversaw the procurement and filing of sensitive legal documents, creation of Corporations and LLCs, and navigating business settings to develop professional relationships with attorneys and business owners.This position included supporting two transactional law partners by preparing draft correspondence to clients, opposing Counsel, and governmental entities. I assisted corporation and LLC formation by preparing initial drafts of articles of incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, stock certificates, and grant deeds. Preparing filings with the California Secretary of State, Department of Corporations, and IRS, and managing client interactions, fostering a welcoming environment at the front desk and facilitating lawyer communications. Finally organizing file and document management systems, including digitizing client files.

For this position I managed a fleet of eight aircraft, including but not limited to their maintenance, rental scheduling, and checkride preparedness. In addition I collaborated with A&P - IA mechanics to understand fleet maintenance and address various aircraft issues and upkept the flight school within FAA standards gathering proper documentation from students. I frequently invoiced customers and vendors, greeted customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, demonstrated excellent communication through phone calls and email, and explained the process of obtaining various pilot ratings or certifications to customers through a part 61 Aviation School. I also drafted CFI schedules through aviation systems such as Total FBO and My FBO to streamline operation. I responded promptly to unexpected situations, including maintenance needs and flight cancellations. Finally I gained valuable insight on airport operations and was fully immersed within the aviation industry.

I worked with members from other fraternities and sororities to collaborate and support each others philanthropies. I orchestrated events to promote women's heart health, including but not limited to Alpha Phifa - a soccer tournament put on by Alpha Phi to fundraise for and promote women's Heart Health with a festive tournament between greek life chapters.

Handled the organized flow of seating including reservations and walk ins. Providing a pleasurable first encounter for all patrons that entered. Managing the capacity of the establishment using an advanced point of sale system software.
