Serving as a Lead Systems Engineer overseeing the efforts of an Electronic Warfare (EW) training system development and installation; providing the full execution of systems engineering process on an instructional system for Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.

Served as the Lead Systems Engineer on the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Information Technology Roadmap effort responsible for the planning, delegating, and execution of all technical tasks:o Architecture Development: Constructed (DoDAF) Fit-for-Purpose Business Enterprise Architecture Viewpoints, specifically AV-1, AV-2, OV-2, OV-3, OV-5A, OV-6C, SV-1, SV-6, DIV-1, DIV-2, as well as a systems wallchart (modified SV-8) which aided MCRC in the identification of gaps and redundancies across system interfaces.o BPMN 2.0 Process Development: Developed 25 key business processes o Process and Data Analysis: Utilized the 25 BPMN models and Architecture Viewpoints to depict all information and data exchanges, key organizational stakeholders, and system support/interfaces to identify areas within the processes where the subject system support lacked and led to differentiated process execution.o System interface/interoperability Analysis: Identified the at risk systems/data as well as the processes this data highly impacts. o Technical Prioritization Framework: Utilized the data and information collected throughout the technical deliverables to prioritize the problem areas that present the highest technical threat to the Command.• Constructed a complete summary report explaining the information technology execution roadmap technical analysis approach, findings, recommendations, and Courses of Action (CoAs) for both M&RA and MCRC efforts. • Served as an analytical resource for all contracts within the company aiding in data analysis, process analysis, budget and systems analysis.• Contributed to proposal development by writing to applicable past performance tasks executed on both the M&RA and MCRC efforts• Aided in maintaining the travel budget/schedule for the MCRC effort. MCRC travel entailed traveling to all 6 Marine Corps Recruiting Districts, 2 states within each.

As an intern, analyzed M&RA system compliances and began drafting BPMN 2.0 HRM processes identifying system gaps, redundancies, and bottlenecks within the customer processes.As a 1099 consultant for Human Touch as senior year at UVA. Constructed a Business Case Analysis template, performed M&RA budget analysis, and continued the M&RA process development and systems analysis started during an earlier internship.

As an intern, analyzed Total Force Information Technology Systems (TFITS) PMM110 portfolio financials for system lifetime projections, analyzed the relationships among 65+ TFITS systems, and completed the following DAU courses: ACQ 101, SYS 101, LOG 101, 102,103, CLL 008, 011.
