In my role at the Irish Research Council, I administered application, review, and award process for grants awarded by the Council to researchers across Ireland's higher education institutions. Using databases and the grant management system, I maintained records of applications, awards, and ongoing research projects. I provided guidance and support to researchers and institutions throughout the application and project lifestyle, and I prepared and disseminated information on funding opportunities, application processes, deadlines, and policy updates to stakeholders.

In this role, I served as the data analytics expert for the Procurement & Payable Services department. I developed and maintained a comprehensive Power BI tool consisting of 15-20 dashboards for in-depth analysis and reporting on the university's annual expenditures. I conducted routine data cleansing and analysis of transactional and supplier data while introducing new dashboards and reports for university leadership. I utilized Excel and Power Query to automate data retrieval processes, reducing the update time for reports by over 90%.I led the successful implementation of a shipping solution in the Jaggaer eProcurement application by gathering user requirements, developing new business processes, completing all testing, and spearheading communication and training strategies for approximately 100 users. I led additional projects to implement new supplier catalogs and to reconfigure the application's supplier diversity reporting structure to meet regulatory requirements and advance the University of Dayton's diversity initiatives. I collaborated on regular product release testing for application by extensively testing new features, authoring training documentation and offering regular training sessions for end users; regularly communicated with the application vendor on issues and upgradesI optimized new business processes for supplier audit reporting of approximately 6,000 active suppliers, and provided advanced technical support for 2500 users of the application by troubleshooting and resolving all complex issues.

As the Application Analyst for the University of Dayton Procurement & Payable Services department, I served as primary technical support for 2,500 users of the Jaggaer eProcurement application by investigating and resolving issues. I collaborated with the IT team to optimize our TeamDynamix ticketing system, which improved response times and customer service results. I led the ongoing supplier registration process, involving the review and approval of over 500 new supplier requests in compliance with regulatory requirements. I also supervised the audit of over 7,000 existing suppliers by proactively identifying issues and resolving inconsistencies. Throughout this process, I supported both internal and external system users. I managed a team of 2-3 student employees in this role. I trained students to provide Level 1 application support, complete supplier profile audits, and communicate effectively with suppliers. Additionally, I supported the deployment of a wire transfer project which resulted in improved business capabilities and the development of over 50 new supplier relationships. I conducted research and testing, created documentation and provided user support for the new process, and investigated and resolved issues during and after implementation.

I reported performance metrics for the system-wide Quality Management department, utilizing databases and healthcare data management tools such as Vizient, Tableau, and Excel to extract and manipulate data. I worked with other members of the Quality and Safety team to develop reports and dashboards for hospital executives, surgical departments, nursing units, and individual administrators. I improved workflow efficiency by automating report-building processes in Excel and eliminating redundancies. I also worked with process improvement team to collect, clean, and analyze data for project improvement initiatives. I observed and documented safety practices during surgeries and analyzed the data for the safe surgery project.

I successfully deployed and maintained a hospital-wide policy management application across more than 40 departments. With the application vendor, I developed policy management workflows and uploaded over 1,000 existing hospital policies into the application. I provided comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of application-related issues. I also developed and implemented a training curriculum and documentation for all hospital managers and end users of the application. I led monthly Policy and Procedure Committee meetings and ensured timely completion of assignments and approval of new hospital policies by all relevant stakeholders. I also introduced a new quarterly policy update newsletter, which was distributed to all hospital staff to enhance communication and policy knowledge within the organization.

I worked as a case manager for the Michelle P Medicaid Waiver, which serves individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I worked with clients and their representatives to coordinate therapeutic services, develop goals for a comprehensive plan of care, hire employees to provide direct care services for clients, and managed an annual budget for services. I coordinated and completed monthly home visits with clients, assisted clients with navigating the complex state Medicaid system, and ensured that services were continuously available for my clients.
