Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptomsFollow standard processes and procedures;Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;Redirect problems to appropriate resource;Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers' and clients' business. Maintains knowledge of and adheres to debt collecting laws and policies ● Processes and assists with payments and disputes of debts ● Work's with companies to receive payments of outstanding debts ● Monitors accounts for any outstanding debts or disputes ● Maintains privacy of customer accounts ● Follows strict verification method to reduce fraud ● Provides support in billing process, monitoring, account adjustments and adjusting encumbrances and informing appropriate personnel of any and all relevant information. ● Requests reimbursements for inappropriate billing and monitors and tracks account reimbursements. ● Work with clienteles, regarding upholding the written contract and assure payments are made in an accurate and timely manner ● Work with companies to reconcile billing issues, this includes rejecting payments for incorrect prices, incorrect account assignments, outside of validity date and all other billing issue
