During her ten years working in Olympic sport as a performance physiotherapist for The English Institute of Sport and then as Head of Sports Science & Medicine for British Canoeing, Katherine has worked with multiple Olympic Champions. Alongside an MSc in Neuro-musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy, Katherine has completed her ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, and joined Track Record in 2017 to focus on optimising individual well being as a route to delivering performance. Her expertise focuses on enabling people to challenge current beliefs, explore true potential and take the first step. Working alongside David Carry and Scott Gardner, she shares a passion for elite performance and a desire to better understand what it takes for business leaders and their teams to deliver extraordinary results.
