About Katherine Rollinson

An experienced Change professional, combining Business Analyst, Project/ Programme management, and team leadership skills. I have spent most of my career in the Banking industry, largely within a Credit Risk function, but also in Finance and cross Risk-Finance projects. I am delivery-focused, and I take pride in achieving quality deliverables on time, and in a collaborative fashion. I am also a supportive colleague and manager, and happy to show my human side. This approach has resulted in many outstanding achievements throughout my educational and professional history, such as achieving the highest grade worldwide in one of my ACCA papers, and attending the “Ascent” leadership development programme at my current employer, which is reserved for key talent.
