Keep agent informed of those communications.Send regular e-mails summarizing the status of the transaction and advising the agent of upcoming deadlines.Ensure that all paperwork is provided to all parties.Coordinate closing time with all parties.Follow up with the escrow or title company on the closing day.MOST IMPORTANTLY I WILL ENSURE YOUR FILES ARE COMPLIANT.Not only am I a Certified TRANSACTION COORDINATOR but I am a licensed Realtor!
