Katherine has been Chief Exec of ABC GP Federation, covering 44 practices in East Surrey and North West Sussex, for the last 2 years of a 22 year career in the NHS. Starting as a graduate trainee, she worked in acute management before running her own consultancy focussing on emergency care transformation in Trusts across London and the South East.
