Responsible for content management, maintaining web standards, user experience and client support for CIHI’s website and BI tools: ⦁ Acts as lead contact for content publishing and collaborates with multiple teams to complete deliverables efficiently and on time. Advises on scope, requirements and deliverables, provides effort estimates, participates in content development, consults with web developers on technical requirements. Assists internal clients with completing work requests and advises on the content publishing process for website content. Provides content reviews and publishing approval from content owners. ⦁ Performs web content entry (Drupal, Pivotal CRM), implements updates and changes. Completes monthly maintenance activities, prepares authorization documentation.⦁ Ensures web content meets UX design, IA, SEO, AODA and corporate standards. Assists in development of report templates and creation of new analytical reports using BI tools (MicroStrategy, SAS). ⦁ Prepares and provides training to team members. Maintains SOPs, procedure and process documentation.⦁ Coordinates content entry tasks for vendor, reviews work completed by vendor to ensure standards are met.

⦁ Completed new product releases, updates to existing products and content, while ensuring adherence to digital design, UX and SEO standards. Conducted testing and maintenance activities for CIHI web (Drupal), BI tools (MicroStrategy, SAS), managed ROT content, added UTM analytics tagging.⦁ Performed AODA evaluation of website and applications compliance, identified failures and recommended solutions, educated colleagues on WCAG 2.0 and accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA, WAVE, etc.).⦁ Conducted user research and usability test sessions, provided analysis, prepared reports and recommendations.⦁ Assisted internal clients with work requests, responded to support requests, maintained documentation to support web channels and BI tools.
