•Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for entry level positions, including posting, sourcing, interviewing and support through the offer process•Utilizes and maintains the applicant tracking systems; reviews the pipeline of candidates, screens the candidates and then routes or rejects candidates appropriately•Responds to candidate inquiries as needed in support of the Institute’s brand and policies•Owns relationships with external administrative staffing agencies; receives temp agency orders from departments and oversees the temp placement process•Implements sourcing strategies for each open position which includes placement on social media and job boards as well as coordination of university postings, job fairs, and employee referrals•Assists with orientation of new hires; coordinates bilingual testing •Promotes and administers the Live Near Your Work program; partners with various contacts in Baltimore City to create employee communication for program incentives
