Application testing for next generation cathode materials for battery applications.- Expanding and developing testing methods, standard operating test procedures and NPI (new product introduction) processes with stagegate datapacks for Johnson Matthey's family of eLNO® battery materials. - Collaboration with customers to understand individual cell testing and material performance requirements and leading team in replicating customised testing and data evaluation in-house- Manage team and laboratory premises of satellite battery materials testing team.
