As part of the Canadian Banking Contact Centers we are the second level support for the Canadian Retail network. Within our Canadian Banking team we are focused on delivering confident advice and solutions, taking ownership of problems/escalations while working with partners to reduce customer irritants and improve processes and procedures. I am passionate about the employee experience and career development and have worked across sites, businesses and borders to deliver programs and initiatives that support our people to realize their goals within TD.

I am passionate about the employee experience and career development and have worked across sites, businesses and borders to deliver programs and initiatives that support our people to realize their goals within TD. I have been with TD for 30 years and have worked in Retail, Everyday Banking, Offshore supporting EDB and CC as a Customer Experience Analyst and as an RO, IRA Team Manager and Sr. Manager with TD Ameritrade. In my spare time I love to entertain, work on home renovations, garden and spend time with family and friends. I also volunteer with several agencies that help the homeless here in London and have been active with Ronald MacDonald House, The Run for the Cure the London Food bank and Meals on Wheels.

Lead a team of 5 team managers and a group of 80+. We service US brokerage customers with varying degrees of finacial needs and trading sophistication. We offer trading tools, resources and education to help them be successful. We look for products and services to meet their needs and build brand loyalty. I am also the lead of the Employee Experience pillar for TDA supporting career development, teamwork and community involvement.
