Responsibilities:- Serve as regional contact for members and non-members.- Represent individual magnet schools and the school district at organization board meetings- Address the fulfillment of the Magnet Schools of America (MSA) mission, strategy, and goals. - Represent the organization at local and regional events.- Facilitate Regional Awards applications and recruitment- Recruit and identify prospective members- Host webinars and regional conferences- Attend magnet school openings and meetings

Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, supervision, and direction in all facets of the magnet school program.- Enhance student access and achievement through effective program oversight.- Support schools in the development of high-quality magnet and college-level coursework programming.- Oversee curriculum, instruction, program development, and the implementation of training.- Manage the authorization and reauthorization processes for specialized magnet programs.

-Manage, develop, and implement community engagement initiatives and programs that successfully work with diverse communities and populations-Serve as contributing member on various boards or committees that directly affects projects assigned.-Develop trusted relationships with the school District, business partners, and community leaders to ensure an effective districtwide engagement standards and practices-Review proposed community relations programs for alignment and appropriateness to District curriculum, policies, and regulations.

-Develop and design recruitment team materials using various publishing software.-Provide information and promote magnet programs offered at Southeast Tech through middle school assembly presentations, open houses, and community-wide events.-Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective families as they navigate the admissions and enrollment process.-Estimate recruitment budget and provide budgetary needs to administration and district personnel.-Collaborate with the Magnet Office to plan and execute the application and lottery process, meeting all guidelines, policies, and deadlines.-Advise and prepare Student Ambassadors with the knowledge and skills to host public events at school and community events.-Plan and facilitate on-campus events including open houses, community partnership visits, Welcome Back BBQ, and more.-Attend to social, emotional, and academic needs of all students and staff.-Develop and maintain bi-monthly newsletter and other media to communicate effectively with students, parents, and community.-Develop and foster community partnerships to strengthen and support CTE programs and the whole school.

-100% pass rate for Business & Marketing Nevada Department of Education End of Program Skills Assessment.-Prepared and reviewed awarded budget to purchase equipment and materials needed for program support and learning.-Planed, prepared, and executed lesson plans to facilitate learning aligned with the standards for the Business & Marketing Nevada CTE Course Sequence.-Monitored progress of students and implemented differentiated learning strategies to ensure student success.-Equipped students with 21st century skills to ready them for future careers and postsecondary endeavors.-Taught an elective College & Career Preparation course to students teaching personal financial literacy, resume building, college exam preparation, and more.
