I work with small and medium sized businesses, across all sectors, helping senior leadership teams gain clarity on where they want the business to go. With 88 sites across Europe in scope, I led a team of 6 full time employees and 15 consultants in designing and deploying a framework to deliver right first time, every time, against a balanced scorecard of quality, cost, delivery and morale. Reporting to the Operations Director, I established and delivered ingredient, product and process improvements across three sites covering Baguette, doughnut, muffin and Pataks branded bread products.Prior to this I managed the process development team where I was responsible for delivering product from kitchen concept to in plant production. Responsible for managing and delivering projects in risk reduction, quality improvement and controlling the costs of quality across a wide product portfolio produced by HJH European manufacturing sites.Managed a risk assessment approach to ensure compliance with newly introduced legislation across European Infant formula sites, which resulted in approval.

Working in direct contact with our customer Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut), I was fully accountable for technical elements of co-manufactured dough products.Generated equipment performance and hygienic design specifications, through working with global suppliers and local engineers to specify and select equipment for a new 6 ton per hour dough production facility.

Responsible for managing the technical team and all technical aspects of the factory including food safety legal compliance and consumer complaints from customer contact through to root cause analysis.
