I handle day-to-day operations including but not limited to: 1. ensuring prompt delivery of products, 2. handling all customer concerns, 3. communicating with buyers, suppliers, and salespeople, 4. managing collections, 5. managing business and accounting documentation, 6. creating sales reports, 7. Creating marketing tools (photos and website). I managed legal issues regarding trademarks and small claims collections. I assume the managerial role when the general manager is unavailable.

I authored in-art copies and captions of Instagram content for Ellips PH (117 posts) and WeWomen by Malayan Insurance (128 posts) based on general prompts and themes given by Near Creative in a timely manner. I adjusted the tone, language (English/Taglish), and voice of the content based on client comments and requirements

I managed day-to-day and special project purchases for Dowell Paper Mill and Dowell Tower project in Makati (in coordination with Somerset serviced apartments). I handled a purchasing team and canvassed, met, and negotiated with suppliers for best prices and best terms which led to significant savings for the company. I also managed rental properties under Dowell Container and Packaging Corp.

I served as part-time staff in all three branches of Beef and Liberty in Hong Kong. I was responsible for various customer-facing tasks such as opening and closing the dining floor, implementing the seven key customer service steps, communicating any relevant information to customers, developing and nurturing customer relationships, managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction for every visit. I also assisted in non-floor tasks such as administrative tasks and other company events.

As the Operations Intern for the new head office project, I developed the "Look and Feel" of the new office through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners. This entailed field visits as well as planning and implementing in-depth focus group discussions and interviews for at least 40 company employees. I recommended measures to increase productivity, maximize space, and promote company culture. I also assisted the Facilities Management team in various operational initiatives.

As Human Resources manager for Ateneo Celadon, the premier Chinese-Filipino student organization of the Ateneo, I was the project head of the Celadon ball- a yearly initiative that seeks to celebrate the organization's achievements in the past school year as well as usher in the incoming leaders of the next school year. I was directly in charge of promotions, logistics, finance, and marketing.

As a Candymag Intern, my tasks include writing articles for candymag.com, attending events, and assisting in video and photo shoots. I have written a variety of articles on fashion, beauty, and features and am able to express myself in different writing styles. I have written over 40 articles in my time with Candymag, all of which have garnered a total of at least 18,190 article shares and counting.

For three registration periods, I have served students and guardians by assisting them in a variety of roles. This developed my interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, as well as people-management skills.

As a student facilitator for the university's InTACT (Introduction to Ateneo Culture and Traditions) program for freshmen, I personally mentored and facilitated weekly class sessions for a class of 30 freshmen. I implemented and discussed the curriculum subject matter, accompanied the class to various school functions and trips, and disseminated pertinent information from the university to them.

As one of 15 selected interns from an application pool of 9000, I was in charge of promotions and visibility for key accounts. I created a visibility strategy with the brand marketing team, conducted various field work, managed the conceptualization of the visibility materials with the advertising agency, and contributed to the ideation and execution of various consumer engagement activities and promotional materials.

As External Affairs Manager and project head of the Paragon Business Summit (April 16, 2016), I conceptualized and organized the first solely Celadon-organized business summit, which garnered 250 participants from inside and outside Ateneo. The event was well- received, as given by the average participant rating of 4 out of 5 for its first run. I was directly in charge of leading the Logistics, Promotions, Secretariat, and Programs committees.
