As a Curriculum Manager for A Levels and online remote GCSE provision for home-educated learners, I am responsible for designing and pioneering this unique department from scratch. My role includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as marketing, course development, student recruitment, study programme creation and department management.In this capacity, I have successfully recruited a team of subject specialist educators, designed and developed a robust curriculum blueprint, and collaborated in creating a robust marketing strategy that has resulted in a steady stream of inquiries from potential students. I have also been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including overseeing student progress, addressing concerns and issues, coordinating with external organisations and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality educational outcomes.In my role as a Curriculum Manager, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills, an ability to work collaboratively with others, and a deep commitment to providing students with a top-tier educational experience. I am passionate about the field of education, and I take pride in my ability to innovate, problem-solve, and develop new initiatives that meet the evolving needs of learners in today's fast-paced and rapidly-changing world.
