Currently as an account executive I manage commercial business accounts, I seek new business, renewals and opportunities to enhance mono-line accounts to ensure clients have the best coverage for their individual and business needs.

As an experienced customer service oriented adjuster I currently handle liability decisions based off my investigations and thorough analysis of auto accidents. I also take care of customers that have been injured as well as maintain rapport so that the claim can be settled and taken care of without the need for an attorney.

Handled UPS Worldport customer visits that included a 30 minute presentation, a shuttle ride underneath and around aircraft and a walk through the facility to gain customer business and improve customer satisfaction. This also included incorporating the different businesses and the backgrounds with added creative touches to show the partnership between the two companies. I also handled the International Customs Unit with 20+ employees which included delegating work, scheduling, payroll, and addressing performance issues. This included collaborating with custom agents and brokerage in assistance of getting thousands of packages through their hands and back on the airplanes within 4 hours.Another job at my time at UPS was a training supervisor where I effectively led week long classes that trained newly hired employees on the basic job methods, skills and safety.
