As a student ambassador, I show prospective students around campus and explain the to family what a great place UD is. Through this job I have learned time management and how to interact with several different types of personalities. I was promoted to be on the executive board, as the director of training. This means that I am responsible and manage about 50 student ambassadors. I am in charge of their training, shadowing tours, and providing correct information. I am also involved in the hiring process, and training all of the new hires.

Developed personal skills and interaction with different personalities. I learned how to please upset people, and how to manage difficult situations.
