Added system codes to make it possible to track customer discounts and run reports on the different kinds of discounts. Successfully clarified design ordering by implementing color keys and pre-approvals prior to ordering. Built good working relationships with all sales representatives and helped them through all stages of the ordering process. Responsibilities included:• Manage all paperwork, verify all documents are correct, place purchase orders to the manufactures • Work with manufactures to verify order accuracy • Approve invoices from manufactures upon shipments • Manage all charge backs to manufactures • Update pricing in our system when a manufacture notifies of a price increase • Manage sales for specified manufacturing partners and report numbers weekly to management.

Created and ordered more than 10,000 individual parts into the system within my first 6 months. Reduced customers' lead time on their part orders from 3 months to 1 month. Increased warranty AR month over month for all 3 years.
