I provide support to the senior account management team, with seven direct reports. In this role, I review large contracts, help lead team meetings, and coordinate tasks across internal teams.

I managed contract and project logistics for a portfolio of business in my assigned territory. I communicated regularly with education administrators to coordinate details, discuss goals, and provide feedback on large-scale projects.

I created and reviewed contracts in my assigned territory, working closely with the field sales team by providing feedback and support on our accounts.

I managed a caseload of 350 students, created individual student schedules, and developed the school master schedule. I also supervised online classes for credit recovery and helped students find and apply for colleges, scholarship, and jobs. I organized and facilitated PSAT, SAT, AP, ECA, and ISTEP+ tests, and planned and led parent-student nights. I also created goals with teachers, parents, and students for better classroom performance; counseled students about personal concerns and social conflicts; and worked with outside therapists to ensure safety and well-being of students.

I delivered individual and subject-specific tutoring to a caseload of 10-15 high school students, planned and facilitated after-school programming, and directed the application and selection process.
