I provide commercial support across Sotheby's global business with particular responsibility for the Operations and Procurement functions. I lead and manage commercial transactions and am legal representative on cross-functional working groups driving strategic business initiatives. Previously, I spent 9 years at Smiths Group plc as corporate & commercial senior legal counsel, advising on a broad range of areas including corporate, commercial contracts, procurement, technology, data protection and intellectual property. Prior to joining Smiths I spent four years as a qualified lawyer at the Corporate Finance department of Herbert Smith LLP acting as lead associate on M&A, restructuring, corporate strategy and ECM cross border transactions. I have extensive international transactional experience and am fluent in Spanish and Italian.
