Currently I provide Governance support to a Division in the Trust covering a wide range of subjects; Risk, CQC, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Clinical Effectiveness and Audit, and Complaints to name a few. I have an extensive knowledge of the Healthcare services, and strong skills in data and gap analysis, quality assurance, project management, and service improvement. My role requires me to be good with relationship management, and providing external support. Report writing and sharing of data and learning are a key aspect of my role.

My role was varied, focusing on policies and administration of policy database for the Trust, records management, auditing, and the administration of a quality monitoring system for the Trust, providing a format for the recording and reporting on regular audits. I was required to provide a variety of training on different subjects, such as use of the quality monitoring system and records management. I was also involved in a number of projects, such as the change of Nursing Sensitive Indicators, and creation of an Information Asset Register. I also supported the Claims and Inquests department for a period of time, and previous submissions of the IG Toolkit.

Whilst I started studying my degree I joined the NHFT Bank (temporary work throughout the Trust), I then took on a substantive role in the Community Early Response and Intervention Team, supporting Mental Heath workers in a secretarial role. This included day-to-day admin, diary management, rotas, letter writing, and signposting patients and their families. Near the end of my time in the role, I was involved in the early stages of a project to roll out the Live CAMHS Chat Service for young people.

I worked as part of a Conveyancing team, with a number of properties ongoing at one time. My role varied in the support of the process from start to completion, maintaining relationships with clients, solicitors and estate agents.

I worked as a Conveyancer managing a case load of around 70-120 properties, supporting clients through from the initial stages through to completion. I maintained working relationships with Estate Agencies, with referrer contracts.
