* To lead lighting projects sourcing and work with global sourcing and project management team in Italy to identify opportunities for Lighting projects to be outsourced from Asia. * Implement procurement strategies for different product commodities(diecasting, toolings, mechanical parts, plastic parts, electronic parts, glass etc. ) in aspect of technology trend, supplier analysis, pricing and development, and meanwhile establish the bench-marking.* Identify, develop & qualify suppliers in China and other Asian countries to support low cost outsourcing strategies. * To keep suppliers’goods on-track, on time and within budget.* Negotiate contracts and cost break down with suppliers. * Effective communication with global sourcing team and product managers and supply Chain team for effective project execution. * Responsible for supplier management: Evaluate service, quality, performance, Sustainability, Security of suppliers. * Monitor deliveries in terms of timeliness, support SQE to resolve quality issues for new and existing items.* Maintain partnership with suppliers by creating a collaborative and open relationship.

* To source the most reliable suppliers with best price & service which cover die casting, metal stamping, electronic parts and al. extrusion commodity in world wide base.* To evaluate suppliers' Technology, Response, Quality, Environment, Delivery, Cost, Business;* To assist PM on driving new product development as much as possible in time and achieve the target BOM cost * To continuously improve the total quality of suppliers within responsibility commodity * Cost breakdown analysis & cost control, to analysis the cost structure and achieve continuous BOM saving target annually for Philips. * Supplier assessment and rating system to reach supplier base optimization.* To make commodity strategy to reach supplier base optimization, quality and cost etc. objectives.
