Dr. Katherine Alexander is a Global Director of Strategy and Operations at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA). She was a Partner and SVP, Operations at Kilberry, a firm who was acquired by RRA. She is also a licensed Organizational Psychologist in Ontario. She leads core strategy and operations to support the firms' continued growth and expansion. In her advisory work, she helps senior management and boards solve their most complex people and organizational problems, including:- Who to hire for key roles- How to identify potential and manage succession- When and how to meaningfully develop executives and teamsShe also advises private equity firms on which management teams to invest in, and how to hire and integrate CEOs and executives for their portfolio companies.Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green, Ohio. She is a licensed Psychologist by the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
