A former Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, with over 30 years experience in organisational development and people management roles primarily in the public and third sectors.Specialising in leadership development, individual coaching, coaching supervision and action learning, my work has been strongly influenced by my training and practice in internal and external coaching, Time to Think facilitation, mindfulness and workplace mediation.
