As the PAC Director for ACEC, I was responsible for developing and carrying out ACEC's political fundraising program. I implemented and oversaw annual fundraising campaigns based on yearly national and individual state targets to achieve strategic goals. I also managed ACEC/PAC's Major Donor programs, the prior approval process, and PAC activities, including special events, sweepstakes drawings, and other related meetings and events to support ACEC/PAC.

In this role I was responsible for managing Charter's federal PAC and multiple state PACs, which included developing and organizing annual and monthly campaigns in coordination with multiple departments across the company. Throughout the campaigns, I would provide in-depth PAC analysis to the federal and state government affairs teams and upper management, including the CEO, on the status of the campaign. I was also in charge of filing federal and state reports and office lobbying reports.

As a Government Affairs Assistant, I supported two legislative Vice Presidents and one regulatory Vice President with projects, schedules, and travel. I also assisted the PAC Treasurer with annual solicitations and analysis. On the regulatory side, I tracked customer complaints at the FCC, created an internal complaint tracker, and drafted Charter's official response to those complaints.

My primary role as an on-site PAC consultant was to support several aspects of client's PAC solicitations, which included contributor analysis and disbursement research.

As a legislative fellow in the Government Relations department at CIT Group, my primary responsibility was to assist the lobbying team and executive staff with support and legislative research. I also was first introduced to the PAC world during this internship and assisted in the contribution research for the PAC newsletter and the annual report .

In this role, I supported the Boston University College of Engineering Department while attending Boston University as an undergraduate student. I was responsible for managing relations and communications between students, professors, department heads, and staff.
