I am an experienced litigator and partner at Bennett Jones. I focus on complex commercial and class action litigation. I bring a practical, results-oriented approach and pride myself on developing and executing litigation strategies to achieve my clients' legal and business goals. In 2023 and 2024, I was ranked as a Benchmark Canada Litigation "Future Star" and on Benchmark Canada's "40 & Under" list. In 2023, I was listed as a Lexology/Who's Who Legal Canada "Future Leader" in Commercial Litigation.I have acted in disputes across a range of legal issues - product liability, contract, tort, consumer protection, employment, procurement, privacy, injunctions and fraud. My clients operate in diverse industries including retail, consumer and cosmetic products, technology, gig economy, energy, forestry, food & beverage and agribusiness. I also help clients respond to cybersecurity incidents, and advise clients operating in certain regulated industries on their regulatory obligations and dealings with regulators. I write and speak frequently about class actions and litigation. I am a contributing author to LexisNexis' Defending Class Actions in Canada textbook, past co-Chair and Executive member of the Canadian Bar Association of BC's Class Action Section from 2019-2023, and have guest-lectured at Osgoode Hall Law School.I am licensed to practice in both British Columbia and Ontario, and have appeared as counsel before all levels of court in both provinces and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
