In this role I gained extensive experience in customer service, efficiency, collaboration, and training. Through training around 15 team members, I developed better methods of understanding people and the varying ways that they are best able to learn. I maintained high motivation in having consistently higher than average metrics. I consistently worked with a large team ranging from ten to thirty team members in my department alone, as well as with various team members in other departments.

In this role I gained experience in management and customer service. I played the role of a cashier, busser, and server all at once while being the only employee in the front of house often. I learned time management, stress management, and efficiency through balancing all of these roles. I communicated with customers to ensure a good overall experience for all. I also learned to work with a team when there were occasionally multiple employees in the front of house, as well as working with the back of house to ensure smooth operations for the night shift. Lastly, I trained multiple employees in this role to perform all functions in a proper and efficient manner.
