I launched a new bilingual e-commerce website on the Shopify platform and managed and optimized the site on a daily basis. Year over year, website revenue increased by 158% and the conversion rate increased by 188%.I created the web content plan on a monthly basis and reported and acted on analytics data to improve website performance. I created many of the graphics for the website and continually updated content to improve organic rankings. I also managed the social media channels and saw engagement jump by 14% on Facebook.

I launched a new bilingual national web portal and integrated over 30 Society websites. I provided recommendations on design and functionality of the portal, as well as content writing and editing expertise, image creation and selection, and layout recommendations. I mastered the Sitecore CMS and developed, coordinated and managed training for web editors from Societies across the country. I also managed the Alzheimer Society of Canada's website, including creating and uploading content, managing requests, acting as the webmaster, and providing recommendations on improvements. In addition, I reported on metrics and made recommendations to improve web functions.I developed and edited copy for online as well as traditional mediums, including brochures, fact sheets, and news releases. I provided digital strategy for annual awareness campaigns and worked on a team to create and launch all aspects of awareness campaigns across the country.

Created digital strategy to make the most of limited budget and increase viewership to website, as well as encourage more entries to OVATION awards program. Secondary goal was to increase membership participation and gain members.

Helped to market and promote the 2012 OVATION Awards, specializing in social media marketing. The IABC/Toronto 2012 OVATION Awards had more award entries than any previous year and more than 200 award winners.In addition, acted as Co-executive editor of the OVATION issue of IABC/Toronto's bi-monthly magazine, the Communicator.

In my capacity as Web/Marketing Coordinator, I was responsible for 5 websites (3 external and 2 internal). This included posting and contributing content, designing and creating new content sections, re-writing, re-wording, and reorganizing for optimal search engine benefit, and testing new functionality. I also proofread and edited marketing material and internal communications in both English and French, as well as provided solutions and ideas for new content. I coordinated the annual renewal of key marketing documents, including organizing, updating, revising, posting and printing, and also took part in a number of corporate objectives and projects.
